癒情緒的手指技巧 (封面的圖, 跟裏頭的說明, 有點不符. 請打開裡面的影面. 一次按壓一根手指, 不是兩根手指 )

我們的身體像一座房子,裏頭會有電流。但情緒會把電流關小,甚至切掉。
這時手指可派上用場,按壓一下,讓身體重新接上電流。(像小孩子不安時, 會咬指甲, 也是種很本能的自我療癒)

每根手指對應一個情緒, 大拇指: 擔心不安; 食指: 害怕. 中指: 生氣. 無名指: 悲傷. 小指: 拼命想要嘗試...或者自卑, 或自我價值低落...

這個技巧, 任何時候, 任何地點, 都可試試看. 比方看電視, 看書

按另一隻手的手指
你可選你此刻感受的情緒,相對應的手指按壓,或有時間的話,每根手指輪流按壓。按壓約2-5分鐘,感到有股氣流經手指。(有些人表示,沒有這樣的感覺,也沒關係)
